By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or change our Terms at any time, and your continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

We request a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service charge.

3. Payments and Pricing

Payment is due upon completion of service.

Prices for services and products are listed clearly and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any pricing changes will be clearly communicated.

4. Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us immediately. We will work to address your concerns promptly.

We cannot offer refunds for completed services but are committed to resolving issues through adjustments or follow-up appointments when appropriate.

5. Conduct and Safety

We maintain a safe, respectful environment for all customers and staff.

Perfections Barber Shop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disrespectfully, disruptively, or inappropriately toward our staff or other customers.

6. Health and Hygiene

We strictly adhere to hygiene standards, including sterilizing equipment and maintaining clean, safe working areas.

Customers must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to services. We reserve the right to refuse service for health or safety reasons.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards and promotions have clearly stated terms and expiration dates.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned or refunded.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

Perfections Barber Shop is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from products or services provided if undisclosed.

Customers must inform our barbers immediately if they experience discomfort during service.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used to enhance your experience, confirm appointments, or provide communication regarding services and promotions.

We never share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties.
